Journal of Infectious Diseases Diagnosis and Therapy is an international peer-reviewed open-access journal that deals with all aspects of epidemiology, clinical diagnosis, treatment, and control of infectious diseases in relation to molecular genetics and pathophysiology.

Subject areas include, but are not limited to the following areas: bacterial diseases, viral systemic diseases, prion diseases, communicable diseases, fungal infections, parasitic diseases, tropical diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, respiratory tract infections, zoonotic infections, water borne, soil borne and air borne infections and healthcare-associated infections.
